In racing, aluminum cylinders are already well established thanks to their well-known thermal advantages. Now, an affordable aluminum cylinder is finally available for the 50cc class. It is excellently finished and promises outstanding running characteristics as well as reduced wear. The cylinder will be used with the original head. The MOTOFORCE PLUS is a 50cc cast-iron cylinder with increased performance and high quality finish. As compared to the original cylinder, it has different port timings and bigger transfer ports, which are the reasons for the increased performance. The high quality finish promises longer life and excellent reliability, which make this cylinder an ideal replacement part. Its price-performance ratio is virtually unrivaled among other open 50cc cylinders. The cylinder will be used with the original head. Scope of supply: cylinder, gasket set, piston, 2 piston rings, piston pin and piston pin circlips.

The replacement cylinder head from MOTOFORCE can be used to replace original cylinder heads or to supplement 50cc MOTOFORCE cylinders.

- CRANKSHAFT MOTOFORCE STANDARD

The MOTOFORCE Standard crankshaft is an ideal replacement crankshaft for original engines and can also be used with lightly tuned engines. The crankshaft is constructed identically to the original one and equipped with a lubrication hole in the big end. Included in the delivery is the small end bearing. Excellent finish.

- CRANKSHAFT MOTOFORCE REINFORCED

This high quality reinforced crankshaft has been constructed for use in tuned engines, but also works fine as replacement part for standard engines. Thanks to the optimized design, it can easily withstand high revolutions. It is equipped with a special silver cage bearing. The connecting rod is elaborately polished, providing better gas flow.

The high quality crankshaft bearing sets from Motoforce consist of SKF bearings and radial shaft seals. When replacing the crankshaft, new bearings should be used, too. Supplied exclusively with C4 bearings from SKF!
